A great, great-grand uncle of Scaler? The 1959 Wurlitzer Sideman Drum Machine

And you thought troubleshooting your latest VST install was tough!

If Scaler ever decides to add a persuasion component, maybe a set of Sideman presets as a nod to Rudolph Wurlitzer and his crazy music machines?

Love the Look Mum No Computer Youtuber

Nice one! Fantastic and hard to imagine how much we have progressed. Even just a few years later this appeared:

And from that Roland was born.

I’m primarily a guitar player that likes to groove. I have many pedals , like to blend my groove with delays etc…but I have always loved jamming along with machines.!
My favourite guitarist is JJ Cale (Call Me the Breeze used an Acetone I believe) He has(had :sleepy:) a very chilled style…then you add Brian Eno etc…and it goes on and on…Scaler fits in the equation very well, and I thank you for that ! I will leave you with a long instrumental track called Durango, its JJ Cale playing with an EMS Synthi Hi-Fli. A perfect combination, and only one chord !! :grin:J.J. Cale - Durango (rare) - YouTube
