I don’t know if its me of if there is a problem but…

I brought Scaler of plugin boutique and downloaded everything fine, everything worked and its in my DAW, but my trouble comes when I have to activate my license. I have downloaded my license but it was a 0 byte download, and whatever it is, there is no content in it what so ever. This causes a problem as when I go to try and use this activation download in the daw nothing happens, and I can’t enter my email… is there any fix? I’ve re downloaded many times
