When you capture notes or chords with Detect in section A (drag & drop or enter notes directly), the auto play feature will not engage. The happens with notes, “normal” chords and unison chords.
I’ve noticed that as well. I think it was reported in another post also.

today is happened that a Scaler track in loop stopped working suddendly and I was forced to delete it and load another instance: luckily enough I didn’t use a complex series of chords otherwise I’d have lost all
I usually tend to think I did something wrong, but maybe it isn’t
