more then a week ago i bought scaler, but even after several times disintalling and reinsttaling it i still have the same issue. After installing, opening my DAW and open scaler i can t do anything cause it shows me this

I tried with a computer of a friend of mine but i still have the issue. Online no one seems to have the same problem, and that s a bit strange.
I already wrote to the site but they didn t answer back, so i spent 50€ on this great plugin and got nothing. Hope someone can help cause i m gettin too much frustrated with this.
