When I click on the plus sign (see below), edit a chord and click on Apply, the chord is not saved!
Moreover, most of the time when I click on the plus sign, there is sustain note playing.

Problem solved!
I had to create a pattern beforehand (see below Pattern 4) (above, it was not created). Not that intuitive!
I would suggest that the pattern be created automatically when we create a chord on a blank line. Otherwise, don’t display the plus sign.
