i explained my problem exactly in this short video.
cant send the midi chords over to other plugins (i can only send the single notes that trigger chords in scaler, but id like to send the chords with the strumming on it)

aaaaaaaah i found the solution. i missed 1 step from the tutorial.
so for anybody who got the same question, i said “midi from scaler” on the omni track but the dropdown menue below that that says post fx - i forgot to put that on scaler… did it now and all works well.
my bad !!
