Chords different when live recording to CUBASIS

hi,
I loaded a SONG and moved some chords into a pattern.
I played the pads, whilst recording in cubasis
Some of the chords (bossa nova, Gmag add 13) do not translate properly on the cubasis track.
is 13 an unlucky chord ?
i don’t have a PERFORMANCE enabled

addendum: it seems to work well if you use a midi capture and play your cubasis song while you are capturing … then you import the capture.

if you don’t record in Section C first, only chords are moved
so maybe this is why
