Couldn't confirm my account

Please help me somebody…

I bought Scaler2 on Sonicwire
Even I bought licence I couldn’t confirm my account.
Error message is

“Unable to verify this e-mail address”

Before I confirm my licence I registered Plugin Boutique as free user.
I bought Scaler2 on Sonicwire, not Plugin Boutique.
Maybe that’s affect worse.

Please somebody tell me the solution.
