Dynamic Voicing with Root Position Chord and Tonic in Bass

I would love to have a dynamic voicing with the chord in root position and the tonic in the bass. That sounds richer to my ears than the default second inversion chord.

For example, in the case of a C chord. C1 + C2 + E2 + G2.
