How can you play more than one pattern in a track?

Is there a way to switch patterns in one track on a song that has multiple sections?

Click and drag around the pattern bars to highlight as many as you want to play.

Thank you guys, I wanted to ask the same question but I found the solution. But I have another question, so after changing patterns should i change the midi mapping of pads on my midi keyboard (I have an Akai MPK mini MK3)?
