How to see the project name?

I saved a bunch of custom scaler presets and I can’t seem to figure out the name of the saved presets that are currently active in scaler. I have a lot of saves presets so sometimes it is easy to refer back because there are times when I forget what was the preset I loaded.

I agree it would be helpful to see the name of the currently loaded state somewhere.
A good place would be in the Top left Scaler menu where import and export states reside.
