If you can't map QWERTY keys to Command Mappings, try this

On the off chance you are having trouble mapping keys on your PC keyboard to Scaler’s Command Mappings, be sure you click on the pop-up window before you press a key.

Otherwise, Scaler won’t register the mapping and you will spend a bunch of time troubleshooting why your MIDI keyboard works fine and your PC keyboard does not. Just trust me on this one.
