It would be nice if a user could define a set of key switches where each key switch can be mapped to (octave change, performance type, etc,). The user can hold down a key on their midi keyboard to set the note associated with the switch. Then when the user for example holds down a bound chord key they can at the same time hold down a switch key to affect the (octave, performance, etc) of the played chord. This would make it much easier to create complex tracks where performance and other things change without having to create duplicate chords that each have different performances, octave changes, etc.
