Coming to Scaler used to Ample brand virtual guitar tabs with a toggle choice of all keyboard notes (like Scaler now) or real world filter of just playable notes. Given the effort was put in the represent the guitar neck in Scaler, it seems odd not to build in real world restriction to the available notes. Surely would produce more realistic guitar.
Thanks for feedback. We are working on 2.5 which will feature a main guitar overhaul. Due later this year.

Would be great if Scaler could send out guitar midi with a different channel for each string when using ‘midi guitar mode’ in the VST.
