Hi folks, im new to Scaler 2 and FL Studio so I realise im probably lacking some knowledge. Im attempting to detect midi from channel 1.
I have an FL Keys pattern of notes on channel 1, id like to play this with my daw and have scaler 2 (on channel 2) detecting those notes - as far as im aware this is possible however in Scaler 2 all i see is ‘waiting for input’.
Otherwise my Scaler seems to function, if I hit keys on my midi keyboard they trigger within scaler, it just doesnt seem to see or hear the notes on channel 1. I tried the ‘recieve notes from’ option on channel 2 but couldnt see an obvious option (like recieve notes from channel 1). Thank you for any suggestions!
