Windows 10, Reaper 6.11, Scaler 2.05
My install does not have a Sets folder. The only folders I see installed inside the Scaler 2 folder are Documents and Sounds.
As a result, I can’t right-click the folder icon in the Settings / Preferences.

You need to save a progression for the folder to be created. Or you could create it yourself by hand and add other people’s chordsets in there, this would work as well.
Easiest way is to simply drag some chords to the Section C and press SAVE, then enter a name.
