One question:F#min/E, F#min/Eb,F#min/B

F#min/F ,F#min/E, F#min/Eb,F#min/B

F is the root of F # min, e is the seventh note of F # min minor seventh chord, so what is the relationship between EB of F # min / EB? And B

The diatonic half-steps are between the notes E and F, and B and C, all others are whole steps.

“F” is not the root of F#Minor, F# is the Root of F# Minor, Major, Augmented and Diminished.

Are you really using F#min/F? That is a very dissident chord. And as 1stinversion says F# is the root of F#min not F. You can be fairly sure the note in the name of the chord is the root note of the triad i.e.
Amin = A root, Fmin = F root, CMaj = C root. etc.
