Is this plug-in able to find parallels 5ths in chords progressions, please?

If you want to generate chord progressions containing parallel 5th, then yes, Scaler can help you do that. If, you want avoid parallel fifths, you’ll still have to observe standard rules for that as per basic ASTB part writing.
