I wish there was a quick way to enter multiple cords in a progression that is already known. Such as typing in the chord names instead of having to find the scale and drag them in or creating them individually with the keyboard.
Workaround!
In this work around you have to input each note in the cord, correct? I would like to be able to just type the name of the cord. It’s faster that way.
Just one note starts populating a list. See the gif.
With Scaler, you can save the chord name to the Clipboard. So … it would be nice to have the reciprocal: paste the chord name into Scaler, and have it come up with the matching chord.
Ed was on your side here. So it looks like it may happen in chord edit mode.
Ideally we wouldn’t have to click on chord edit for each chord but could quickly type or paste in a list of chords. That would be super fast and efficient.
Thanks
That looks useful. Is there a way to slow down the gif, or even better, can you point instructions on doing that?
control click on a chord in Section C (or right click / select ‘Edit Chord’)
Click on notes on the Scaler keyboard at the top
It will auto populate!
