Scaler 2.7.2 // Windows 7 PC // Cubase 9.5 puts Scaler 2.7.2 on the Cubase BLACKLIST ! “Reactivation” is not possible!

Scaler 2.7.0 still worked.but Version 2.7.2. puts Cubase on the BLACKLIST. “Reactivation” is not possible !!! :scream: :sleepy: Please help me. -

UPDATE:
I then installed the scaler version 2.7.0 and then version 2.7.2 again. Now Cubase 9.5 does not find version 2.7.2 at all. Could you please fix this so that version 2.7.2 works and is available again in Cubase 9.5?

We’re sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this. We have it running on Windows 10 with Cubase 12 with no issues, maybe @Ed1 could contribute to this in relation to Cubase 9.5.

Yes, it’s extremely important. Windows 7 and Cubase 9.5. :pray:t5::pray:t5::pray:t5::pray:t5::pray:t5::pray:t5::heart::fire::fire::fire:Since version 2.7.2(!) Scaler is no longer available in Cubase.

Hi @Leander

the next update of Scaler will improve compatibility with Windows 7 and older systems. It should help with your issue. In the meantime, you can use 2.7.0 as a workaround.

Update:

Scaler 2.7.3 / 2.7.3 doesn’t work !! (only Scaler 2.7.0 works) Please fix it. :sob: :sob: :sob:
