Hi @Waymusic. If you bind one of Scaler’s sections e.g. ‘C’ using the bind button on the right hand side, the chords from that pattern will be mapped to the white keys starting at C2. You should be able to trigger these easily with the pads on a MIDI controller, assuming the pads are sending the correct notes. However to do this you will need to open the Scaler 2 GUI. It is a little concerning to hear you’re unable to do this without CPU issues. We have tested Scaler 2 iOS on a variety of iPads…

But do make sure you have updated to the latest versions of Scaler 2 and AUM, and it might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling Scaler 2 to see if that helps.
