Can I get some help here I’m running scaler 2 on studio one 4 and when I drag and drop it in the mix my daw crashes? I’m using El Capitan on a Mac Pro? Any help out there would be awesome…

would you mind sharing more details about your setup to help us diagnose the issue:

  • Is Scaler installed in its default location?
  • Which version of the plugin have you tried? VST / VST3 / AU
  • What audio settings are you using in Studio One? (Samplerate, Block Size,…)

Yeah I have it installed to my plug in drive in audio that’s all fine. I’m running at 48 kHz, 24 bits,128 sample rate. Process block size 2048. I’ve tried Vst 3 and au. Vst 2 is not available… when I I start up studio one it says scaler 2 is blacklisted but it stil shows up in my plug in list. I’ve got 32 gbs of ram 1000 gb hard drive.
