Scaler 2 did not detect audio chords

Hello

1- in ableton scaler 2 did not detect any chords progression
2-in other time it detected other audio but the wrong chords and time both

Please help and guide

Well, we need more information.

  3. Ableton Version
  4. Scaler Version.
    How are you trying to detect chords? Drag and drop? What kind of files are these - wave, aiff?

Scaler does not detect timing, it only detects chord information.
