Scaler 2 just up and disappeared on its own

no idea where it went.

tried to re download the upgrade and nothing
i still have scaler 1 and it says registered but wont let me update to upgrade again.

scaler 2 is still no where to be found.

ive tried all the update versions to see if that might help and nothing.

am i gonna be stuck with version 1 only now?

What exactly do you mean? Did you install it and it disappeared? You can’t download it? Are you on Windows? Could you explain more please?
