Scaler 2 (transfer from Scaler 1) not working

Hey guys, I recently upgraded to Scaler 2 from Plugin Boutique, however, the vst states that there is a problem with verifying my email. (I am entering the same email as on plugin boutique)

How would I fix this ?


I would try all emails, but it sounds like you’ve only had one :wink:

I would try loading a different Scaler VST variation, or try a different DAW. I’m not sure there is an offline activation for Scaler, but that is also possible with some plugins.

Other than that, my brain is tapped… but, the good news is that you only need to activate once.

If everything you try is not working for you, you may have to contact PluginBoutique directly for licensing and email account related issues.

The devs might be able to check your account… but, they could be swamped with the “black friday” Scaler release/update. :slight_smile:

Have you tried uninstalling Scaler 1 & 2 and then reinstalling?
Are you installing the latest Scaler?
