Scaler auto binds when play back occurs in Cakewalk

I’m facing an issue with Scaler added to Cakewalk
In Cakewalk the following settings are set for the track which holds the Scaler plugin.

  1. The “Input Echo” is set to “Off”.
  2. Input is set to “None”
  3. Binding is not enabled in “Scaler”

When playing back the DAW, the Scaler starts to play the pattern as well.
Am I missing some configuration?

DAW sync is enabled. Scaler will play pattern in section C if enabled.
Right click in the arrow button on the far left in section C to turn it off.
Binding refers to Scaler pads being playable by a MIDI keyboard.
