hello, in Scaler a suite of chords of music, can one deposit it on the accord track of Cubase? do not copy it manually one by one?

have you tried to select multiple chord at once before dragging them into your DAW ?
From the manual (you can access the manual from the Help button then clicking : “Open Manual (PDF)”) :
Otherwise if your chords are in the section C where you can build your progression then you can drag them all with the “Drag MIDI” feature:
