Scaler-driven

422 | Sound/Art by Aleamanic - YouTube

Chords, Melodies, and even Rhythms & Bassline, all Scaler driven. C minor scale. Chord progression i, iii, v, iv - with various voicings per instrument. Using keybind, so the piano roll MIDI contains just trigger notes, not the actual melody.

Scaler outputs MIDI, which goes into Bitwig Velocity Curve (with a little randomization), then to U-he Zebra soft synth (various presets).

My favourite trick at the moment is to let Scaler constrain the Pitch Quantize module in Note Grid. Bitwig is my DAW of choice over Cubase lately.

Nicely done. This is the most comprehensive one I’ve heard you do. Seem to be expanding your composition knowledge well.
