The latest version of Scaler (and every version thus far for that matter) has to be reopened every single time you close a Logic session and reopen. Otherwise the proper notes will not be triggered. This is using the Logic MIDI FX plugin version of Scaler. It is a major oversight and a PAIN!
You’re right! It is a pain but it is not a major oversight, It is in fact one of the limitations of midi pass through using MIDI FX in Logic. It needs to be ‘activated’ before it can be triggered. We are looking at ways to circumvent this in the future.
