Scaler Update-Promises Promises

The other day I got an email from Pluginboutique that said I’m entitled to a free update for Scaler which includes a fretboard. I follow the link for it and have been getting:

## We’re sorry, but something went wrong.

We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly.

So, how much longer will this go on?

Also, I’d like to claim my free copy of Ozone 8 Elements, but I don’t know if I’m on the mailing list for the newsletter or not. When I sign up it tells me my email is already in use. I do have a user name and password as I established two weeks ago when I bought Scaler. I want to know before I buy another (required) plugin that I will get my voucher.

Appreciate any info on these matters
