Hello, so I downloaded Scaler 2 onto my windows computer as well as the license file. I am posting here because support has never responded to me. Every time I go into the registration tab in the ‘about’ section and then attempt to register clicking “register a license file” and select my file, nothing happens. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, re-downloaded the license file, waited for a few minutes to maybe let it load (which also did nothing). I’m just stuck and I need help.
Further information: this is the second device I have installed Scaler 2 on, the other being an iMac which I no longer use.
ALSO: I have read the post below and it didn’t offer a solution that worked for me.
