Win 10, Cakewalk latest version, Scaler2 2.0.4
In Scale Explorer Section B clicking the Octave Control does change the number, but the chord sounded does not change octaves. Same result using internal sounds or a vst instrument.
Confirmed same issue in Logic Pro X 10.0.0, with Mac.
Are you sure you don’t have the Voice Grouping enabled ?
I did a quick test and it seems all good here.

Still sorting out all the interactions between various options.

Actually changing the Voice Grouping did fix my issue. ty. I just picked this up this week, still learning the interface.
