cannot get my sounds back on , click on sounds it goes to off an stays on not responding when click on

If you just installed Scaler or did the sounds go away after you have been using them?
On the upper right is a gear icon. Click on that and under preferences at the bottom of menu there are 2 locations. Where does Scaler think the sounds are? It should show a path there.
