As @Ed1 recently mentioned in another post, please “send … an email at support@scalerplugin.com containing the email you used to register”.

Great, @Ed1 & Team. I just wondered how to hide Sheet’s post. Finally, I sent him a message to warn him about his, I would say, “too public address” and you were fast enough to hide the first part of it.
OMG, I was so stupid - I could have send you to your support address.
