I just purchased Scaler 2, but I do not get it to work. (well, it runs in demo mode)
I want to use it as a VST in Reason 12, where it shows up, and can be started, but then Scaler 2 asks for a registration.
After activating the license, with the license file, an email address is required, and though I manually enter the email address registered on the plugin bouitique website, I get an error message “Unable to verify my email address”.
I de- and re-installed the software, restarted (Windows 10) PC, but nothing seems to work.
