Use Unicode ♭ and ♯ symbols

Perhaps you could use Unicode♭ and ♯ instead of plain ascii b and #. It would look nicer, and a little more professional I think. This is just a suggestion.

Hi and welcome @rpieket I’ll mention this and have mentioned before but I recall there are potential issues using not standardised ascii. Now we are revamping may be a good time to mention again. Thanks for feedback.

maybe a setting to select type used, as there are potential drawbacks like font scaling (not all are created equal - and those may be needed in non-English language support) and thus impact UI for some people. but it would be nice to select Unicode or ASCII for symbols (like flat (♭), natural (♮), sharp (♯) symbols (and others)) if they’re used in the UI or exports.
