Hi. 4 bar midi loop with 8 arpeggiated 3 note chords (2 each bar) is analysed by Scaler as containing 7/10 notes and 25/32 chords. .It appears to be suggesting a different chord for each note of the chord playing.

Hard to answer without seeing what you are doing but to detect a chord you really need notes (ideally triadic) that play simultaneously, otherwise they will just be detected as notes.
Can you move the notes to form a chord?
