I would like to have the ability to rename a chord once it is named by Scaler 2. I am a music theory teacher and I do not agree with one of the chords named by Scaler 2 and I would like to be able to rename it.

Welcome @magicmidi Yes unfortunately due to the ‘live’ algorithm and everything working across modules of Scaler we can’t at this stage allow renaming although that may change. And yes, some interpretations can have alternate naming just like they would on any chord detection software.
Yes, I have found this requirement too. Just an extra text field you can type your own stuff into would help particularly when live playing - “Emi9”, or even “Jazz Chord-2” would be great!
