Detection will not work through audio microphone on ipad

I have selected source audio for detection and headset microphone checked as audio input however no sound from my headset get into scaler. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Btw it analogue jack connection not lighting !

Hi @Frank51,

Could you please tell me what headset you are using and how you have it plugged in? You say it is an analogue jack connection, does this mean you are using an adapter?

Hi No its an apple headset with microphone attached via the jack socket of my ipad. It works in other ipad daws but not in scalar
