I am having technical issues with Scaler EQ. How/where do I create a service ticket for help, please?
Hi @prunk. You’re best of contacting Plugin Boutique for technical support. After selecting ‘contact support’ on their site, there is an option to submit a request.
There is no specific Scaler EQ option there just yet although that is being worked on, so for the time being you can just select Scaler 2 as the support topic, then explain in the description that you actually need help with Scaler EQ. Or select the ‘I need help with something else’ option.
