Logic Pro 11 Chord Track with Scaler 2

Hi everyone.

I’m following along with Davide’s video on YouTube https://youtu.be/n6CLarKnTE8?si=SNHWN6qWGdFMjOLm

I can’t get it work properly and I don’t know why. The chords that logic detects are very different sounding and differently labelled to what I’m playing in Scaler. The resulting MIDI shows that. The chords are completely different.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to correct this? Thanks.
