Progression Drag & Drop - Cubase 9.5 - Windows

Issue: Export MIDI button isn’t exporting progression to Cubase 9.5 on Windows.

Workarounds:

  • Drag your progression to the desktop (or any folder) using the Export MIDI button then drag it from the desktop onto your track.

  • Drag and drop individual chords from your progression directly onto your track without using the Export MIDI button.

I’m using the Scaler trail version. Whenever I use basic chord progressions, I can drag the midi into my Pro Logic DAW. Whenever I use a performance/voicing/ it drags into the DAW but will only play one or two chords and is a jumbled mess.
