Registering email address

Assistance please,

After reinstalling on new machine and adding Scaler 2 license, it is unable to verify email address…

There are a few things to check. First make sure you are running the latest version of Scaler 2, and make sure the email address you’re entering is the same as your Plugin Boutique account.

I’d also suggest downloading the license file again from the Plugin Boutique website.

If you are still having the same issue, you may need to raise a support ticket with PluginBoutique who can confirm the details of your license file, and if necessary supply you with a new one.
