I have sent two request to reset my Scaler plugins (852451), (853323) and have had no reply as if you do not want to know my problem.
What do you mean Reset? Did you move to a new computer? You just have to reload the license file.
I know that but I had huge trouble with my computer and it eventually crash so I had to buy a new one but both Scaler 2 & Scaler EQ both give a blank screen which means I have past the 3 computer limit because of the trouble I had with the last computer.
I’ve never had trouble moving between computers. The blank screen probably means you need to turn off OpenGL.
