Hi, it would be very useful if scaler could output the root note of a held chord on a separate MIDI channel e.g. if I hold a C major 2nd inversion, EGC, I would like a C to be output.
The existing multi-voice output feature doesn’t help here as it outputs the lowest note in the chord, not the root ( in the above example it would output E).

I think ultimately you would need to create root note based chords to do what you want. If I was doing that I would just set up a second Scale with specific chords for that purpose. It’s not that difficult. I realize you are trying to stay in 1 box here but there are alternatives until code gets written. I don’t see this as an easy fix. Still a suggestion for a future version.
