Update - Ed informed me today (May 28/20) that this problem has been fixed in 2.0.4 update, I have tested it in my Mixcraft Pro 8 DAW and now the Record command is working as it should.

Hello Scaler
Well I was happy to finally get my hands on the long waited 2.0 version of Scaler. I have been using this program since 1.6 or later, and the new feature were worthy of the extra cost to upgrade.
Now my biggest issue is Scaler is crashing my Mixcraft Pro 8 DAW. Every time I hit the record button and start playing a few notes , everything crashes.
If there is a work around for this, I would appreciate knowing what to do.
