Scaler 2.7.3 incorrectly shows 2.7.0 in Logic Pro Plug-In Manager

  1. What were you trying to do?
    I was searching for the Scaler plugin in the Logic Pro Plug-In Manager to check and see if I am using the latest version (2.7.3) after having just installed the latest download from Plugin Boutique.

  2. What do you think should have happened?
    Since the AU instance in Logic shows 2.7.3 (which I discovered after checking the Plug-In Manager), the Logic Pro Plug-In Manager should also show this version.

  3. What happened instead?
    Instead, the Logic Pro Plug-In Manager incorrectly shows 2.7.0 for Scaler 2, ScalerAudio 2 and ScalerControl 2.

  4. What system/software do you use?
    macOS 12.3.1 Ventura with Logic Pro 10.7.7 (Rosetta).

Did you reboot after install. This is common if you don’t. Are you sure the plug-in manager rescanned after installing?
