I just updated to Scaler 2.8, but when I try to access Scaler in my DAW, I get an error that states “An unexpected error occurred in this application or one of its plug-ins!”. I then uninstalled Scaler 2 from my computer then re-installed Scaler 2.8, but I still get the same error.
I installed the 2.81 update into my SI4 DAW as well and it is failing to update in the browser.
How do we know which version is actually being used?
Why are you still on S1 v4? There might be the rub.
Been an S1 user since S1 v 2 and would have to agree. 5 years in the software business is an eternity.
