hi I just bought scaler 2 and when I open it in fl studio it appears like a big black box ? please help

It’s certainly the same issue, you will have to disable OpenGL Rendering and it should be all good.

You can disable Open GL like this ----

  • Press the Windows key to open the search and type “ ScalerSettings ”

  • Go to the Help page and click “Turn OFF OpenGL”.
