Hi, does anyone know how i can get Scaler 2 to trigger sounds from an AU like Kontakt 7 inside of Ableton Live 11 on a macbook? (OS Monterey)
I did find ‘How to Load Scaler in Ableton Live and Control an External Instrument’ on youtube but had no joy with that… Thanks in advance!
The AU spec does not allow that to happen with MIDI. It has nothing to do with Scaler. Apple would need to change the AU specs to make it work. You need to use the VST or VST3 version in Ableton.
